"Taza Kazakhstan" as a way of life: Shakarim University student took part in the eco-festival held in Astana

As part of the nationwide initiative "Taza Kazakhstan" (Clean Kazakhstan), large-scale events are taking place across the country from April 21 to 26. The thematic week began with a republican eco-festival in Astana, dedicated to the results of the first year of implementing the "Taza Kazakhstan" initiative.

A special delegation from the Abay region participated in the festival, including Nurasyl Eulubaev, a student from Shakarim University, an activist, and a participant in environmental projects.

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, emphasized the importance and responsibility of the event: "Taza Kazakhstan" is not a one-time action. It is a way of life. As the saying goes, 'When the youth is active, there will be progress.' Thanks to you, this initiative has become a large-scale movement."

During the event, participants exchanged experiences and discussed ways to further develop environmental initiatives. Proposals were also put forward to ensure the active involvement of youth in the implementation of upcoming eco-projects in the country.

Shakarim University pays special attention to environmental education and the formation of an ecological culture among students. The significance of the meeting in Astana lies in the fact that such initiatives play a crucial role in fostering a responsible attitude towards nature in the younger generation.
